[Guide] How to make a account creation page using Johveds Repack!

When i do Webpage Uninstall > Install and then do: Start Service i get the following: "Error! Did you install the service? Maybe Apache's allready running?"
I'm sure that there are no apache's running.. It once worked.. I already tried to restart my PC.. it just dont work anymore for me. Please help!!

Well i think that the message says it all, fix so that the IP is allowed to connect.

heres my error
Using configuration file realmd.onf
MaNGOS/0.12.0-SUN (Revision 6360) (Win32,little-endian) (realm-daemon)
Database: 127.0.0.1;3306;root;root;realmd
Could not connect to MySQL database at 127.0.0.1: Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1 (10060)
Cannot connect to database

Did you try clicking webpage/stop service then start service
or webpage/un install service then install service
If not, I'm not entirely sure, Sorry. =[

Reamber to run as administer, for vista users, btw it always says test page httl:127.0.0.1 but i followed the guide, but still always come with that. btw thanks this guide showed me alot xD.
