[Guide] Wotlk Items Displays

Hello MMOwned,

I'm not sure if this has been posted before but by using WoWhead you can find item Display ID's for Wotlk.I have been using them and they work perfectly ingame

Requirements:

Internet !
A tiny bit of common sense?

The guide

Find the item you want on WoWhead,For this guide I'm using Dreadlord's Blade.



Right click the page and select: View Page Source...You will get this



Then press ctrl + f and type "DisplayId" in the box (Without ")



Now if you can see the Display ID for Dreadlord's blade = 51606

Using this guide You can add any item to your DB using WoWhead,WoWhead updates often so it's a good source to get new items in my opinion

And well it was hard to find since it only works with items,tried creatures first so i thought it wouldn't work with items,Took me 1 week to find items do work.

So, with this i can add the Deathknight blue "itemset" they gain through quests in the starting zone? since my server don't have them.. if so, how do i actually add them so i can use them ingame?

It doesnt show the displayID in the source anymore.. do you have a list you could share?

Well it still works but not on all items,It depends if Wowhead has all the information or only a bit of it I guess.

Most or all weapons and armor works though
