I have found two thing for thay who have EMU servers..
Well it's free forum that it's really good and really easy to understand

Well the first and the best i think is :Guild Launch Guild Hosting for MMORPG and FPS clans and guilds=
But it's more for a Retail WoW Account Guild Forum
but it can be used for EMU Servers to.

The Secound that it's really really easy to understand is:
Create your own free forum, FORUMOTION - Make your forum for free
Kinda good forum

Well dunno if this is the Right Section but it is for EMU server those who don't have an forum and dunno if this is a repost [ Have been looking around alot]

www.freepowerboards.com is a phpbb3 forum easy to use and easy to upgrade when time comes also why dont you add the links to the main site for the majior do it yourself forums like vb and phpbb
