Creating a Game Object!
First open your DB, I use Navicat. Now, go down and find gameobject_names, make a new column.
Okay, fill in the Entry Column. This is how you will enter the object into the game, .go spawn ####. Make sure that no other object has the same Entry ID.
Now, fill in the Type.
0 - Door
1 - Button
2 - QuestGiver
3 - Chest
4 - Binder
5 - Generic
6 - Trap
7 - Chair
8 - Spell Focus
9 - Text
10 - Goober
11 - Transport // elevators, subways, railcars, etc.
12 - Area Damage
13 - Camera
14 - Map Object
15 - Mo Transport // all of the boats between areas, like Ratchet to BootyBay, have this type
16 - Duel Arbiter
17 - Fishing Node
18 - Ritual
19 - Mailbox
20 - Auction House
21 - Guard Post
22 - Spell Caster
23 - Meeting Stone
24 - Flag Stand
25 - Fishing Hole
26 - Flag Drop
Next, fill in the Display Info. Just do .go select and .go info in-game or you can search through your Database for a Game Object, too.
This is easy... The name. Make any name you want... lol
Spellfocus is next. Just do 1 or 0. The spell focus is for a portal. I am not completly sure what id you would use, but there is a guide or two around here that will tell you!
For the rest just do "0". Easy!
Keeping Your Game Object In-Game Forever!
So once you have creating your Game Object or found one that you like you can use .go spawn (ID) to spawn it. But once you do that and there is a Server restart all the Game Objects will have disappeared! Fixing this is simple, just spawn the Game Object with a "1" after the ID, for example, .go spawn 180035 1 . Whatever the ID is just put a 1 after it. Simple. Then your Game Object will be in-game forever! To delete it just do .go select and .go delete.
I hope this guide helped you! Any comments will be accepted just please not too much flaming. Thanks!
