    Basic startup spells

Just a simple guide for getting players starting spells back to normal on arc, most existing player starter spells .sql files have talent spells in, which if you're trying to avoid that is annoying as hell and you have to either manually remove them or simply let them be. i had to manually remove them myself, and since its a pain in the ass to do that, i thought i'd try and give something back, so yeah just run this SQL to revert your player starting spells DB to what a player would normally start with. Yes i'm aware you could just revert, but not everyone has the sence to save the DB before they edit it :P
(dont forget to clear the playercreateinfo_spells before you run the SQL)
