Sorry, but... this is nothing like Programmer Island. Programmer Island had mountains, random texture patterns on the ground, and interior buildings posted randomly everywhere. This is just the untextured, unused space outside VoA. /:

Yeah this is just like any other instance... looks the exact same as under SW and all other spots you arent supposed to get to as a normal player.

Programmers Island is an accessible place at the moment, unless you have an old patch and client.

You have to download a patch to be able to reach it.

As others have said, this is not programmers island.

Hate to burst it to you, but most instances have areas like this. And all of them (all WOTLK and before on normal client) have been explored.
