Pretty much change em all from a 0 to 1.. Then save the file. but even after restarting the server they still can't.. What world.cfg is the server using?

Everytime I try to start the server up the bnetserver.bat file runs fine but I keep getting an error saying the world server could not start and to reset world database.
I do this and then get the exact same error over and over.
Anyone have any Ideas how to fix this issue?

You include malware in your download and don't display that plainly in your OP, that's kind of scummy

Worldwide chat between SPP-Legion users
Worldwide chat added today for every SPP-Legion repack users, using the included Rest API by the AshamaneCore team.
Just use the included update.bat to get this feature.
You need to join to the world chat channel ingame with "/join world" command and you can chat with other players whos using the same SPP-Legion repack.
You also can use the #spp-hub channel on Discord for the same thing.
Know issues:
- You can see back your own messages ingame by the SPP-Hub-Bot
- Sometimes can't see the chat (unknown problem source)

it's unfortunate this server seems to include no viable client. The client included fails to launch and reading through has indicated that the blizzard client will also fail. Guess i'll just have to keep fiddling with it until something works.

I use the wow mortal client and the spp patched files to launch.
https://wowmortal.com/download.php
It works but a lot of the quests are bugged and I don't know if it's client or the server, some dungeons and raids are terribly scripted, transmog doesn't work (I mean even rpheaven has transmog) and OP doesn't drop the sql login details. If you are only looking to have a server for the sake of having a server then go for it, if you want to play the game for free try wowfreakz

Hello!
Thank you very much for your work.
However, I am still getting the CAS error, even with the offline patch.
Is there a possibility of helping me?
This is what I have done so far:
I followed the instructions in the video (How to use SPP-AshamaneCore repack (V3) - YouTube).
I downloaded ashamane core master from here (GitHub - AshamaneProject/AshamaneCore: AshamaneCore Open Source MMO Framework (master = 8.2.0.31478, legion = 7.3.5.26972)) ,
the minimal client from here (WoW_Legion_minimal.zip - Google Drive),
the complete repack from here (https://mega.nz/#!vwAU0CDT!zMJXYELQ9...SDyNw7_7_Jsu9k),
the legion offline patch from here (WoW-Legion_offline_patch.zip - Google Drive)
I extracted all files, ran the update.bat and then the Launch_Servers.bat. I made an account on the website (the http://127.0.0.1: my port)
Windows Firewall complained about the program. I closed the message, unsure what to do.
Still, servers were eventually shown as online.
I replaced the patched files from spp legion - addons Patched_Exe_26972 to World of Warcraft - Legion
I copied all files (yes, I checked the "show hidden files") from the WoW-Legion_offline_patch and also placed them into the World of Warcraft - Legion folder.
With the servers still running, I tried to start the SPP_Wow-64.exe
-> CAS error - internet is running.
Did I do something wrong? Is the firewall maybe blocking something?
I would appreciate help, but maybe small steps like I did here? I am not that well-versed in pc language. My apologies and thanks in advance.
