This is a database created by micakilleric , he gave permission in his original post for anyone who wanted to use it needed to update. i just updated to latest rev. ( Thanks to stoneharry on info on updating old databases.)

T11 is buyable with frost emblems and exchange vendor have many options to can obtain frost emblem with : arena points, promordial saronites, jewelcrafting tokens and more... ! So PVP player are able to buy pve gear also for pvp and Pve players can buy S8 also for Frost emblems. So there is many options. S9 is obtained with arena same as s8 before ...and S8 can be obtain with WSG tokens.

Download:

GameObjectDisplayinfo.dbc UNZIP and replace old DBC files with this (just do option move and replace old)

patch-D.MPQ put in DATA folder

World.sql Save current world database, Drop , create/execute world.sql
