I think Source from here: https://github.com/Arkania/, it's just a Repack for the community, hasn't yet real Monster WoW development. But one of the best quality Repacks, PhPmyadmin, No Install etc...

Well tried a few times but the server won't even start for me. Keeps crying about invalid datadir.

When entering "data", you get: Incorrect DataDir value in wordserver.conf or ALL required *.dbc and *.db2 files (126) not found by path: data/storages.
Now I rly wonder where he gets the /storages part from???

Assuming it wants me to use storages then, I now put everything in servercore/data/storages
When entering "data/storages" I get the same error again. However, leaving in just "data" tells me this:
Map file 'storages/maps/0004331.map' does not exist!
Correct .map files not found in "data/maps"... (So now it DOES search in data?!?!?!).

Well still not giving up so now I put my maps / vmaps and DBC in both "data" and "data/storages". However, now I get the first error again.
As a last try I tried putting in the data dir hardcoded (C:/_server/...etc). But this had no different effect.

Either I'm doing something rly wrong (which I doubt) or this server simply doesn't work.

Close skype
set the Datadir to /datadir. or something like that

I'm getting the same problem with the Datadir, and can't solve it. Anyone that managed to do so?

Both authserver and worldserver windows are blank! How to fix that?

EDIT: FIXED by installing BOTH OpenSSL versions (even though I'm running on x64 Win7, I had to install the x32 version too in order to get it up and working!).

Personal suggestion: extract DBC, maps and vmaps files yourselves! DBC files in the archive are causing problems and worldserver.exe shutdowns! And rename the DBC folder to "storages"!

After getting through the million .DLL problems I got Authserver to load. Now when World server loads it shuts Off instantly, It is saying Incorrect dataDir value in Worldserver.

Many GM commands are missing! From .kill to .fly and .additem! Is there any way to restore them?
And worldserver.exe crashes as soon as I try creating a DK character!

I'm suprised you even got it to work. I tried what Fumi said, shutting down Skype etc, but this had no effect at all. It either tells me incorrect DataDir or some .map file not found (while it is present ofc).
But what I'm mostly suprised of is that the Original Poster doesn't even bother giving a reply at all. Meh, lets face it, this repack just fails.
