last repack will be v4 or v5 in v4 ther will be everything nothing missing like icc

It looks ok Imo, ( just a tip you might want to work on Spelling and Capitalization as well as adding your funny dots the same way all the time ::.)

I didn't load it yet because I highly doubt 95% of Talents and spells are working. Developers/Owners with thus won't give out their cores. Pretty easy and fast way to see if it's true: Test Juggernaut, Warbringer and aura mastery. If they don't work it's probably not even 50% working.. My honest opinion.

hmm every time I open the world.exe there is an error that the optional.conf has an error. the logon server also shuts down. dont know why and no, its not an DB error.
any1 knows what to do?

yeh icc is not spawned you can spawn it yo self ids you can find in ******
