portal to ebon hold doesn't work, the portal only refreshes the runes, no traslate the DK to ebon hold.

"The Light of Dawn" quest doesn't work too.
I've fixed it setting method as 1 and making it autocomplete.

Hello guys, I have got a problem. The TrinityRealm starts without problems but the TrinityCore closed within 1 seconds after starting without any messages.



I have Win XP (32) and installed net framework 3.5.


Mongos 3.1.3. runs without any problems but I cant start the trinitycore. I think that´s it´s an software problem, becasuse I testet more than 3 repacks and everytime the same problem. TrinitiRealm.conf and TrinityCore.conf has been created. Could someome please be so kinmd to help me?

I had the same problem open your trinity config and look for 127.0.0.1 (username) (password);world change world to the name you have called the database probably trinity. that should work

Its not that i crnt do them myself its just there all f****d up....

Theres like 50 teleporter guys, 4 Hand Vendors and so on...

And when i spawned the Back vendor it spawned a Idol/Totem vendor :confused:

First I'm not here for your rep keep it. Secondly You must be using the wrong vendors. There are vendors of every type for all items needed from lvl 60-80. Keep in Mind, the teleporters ( that are quests that I made.. ) have level requirements.. look in your dbc.

Some vendors are hand crafted by me, others made by the database developers which btw have no items for sale. But most vends were made by a few select people from forums such as mmowned..

By trying to insult me, really you are insulting those ppl who actually made the vends and released them here for all to use. Nicely Done.

There are T7 and T8 vendors, gems, enchants, bags, mounts, full profession vendors, custom vends.. boy I could go on forever here.... one set is from 309 one for 313.

What you should do instead of complaining about all your unknown options, is to take 5 min and see that the vendors exist, all you have to do is open your eyes.

Baz,

First make sure that you are using my lastest Repack PDS Rev 3b
Which includes the updates on the world for the newer core.

Also, Repack Rev 3b has a 32 bit core, where as my first release may have only had a 64 bit core.

Keep us posted on your progress.

And always, the more details the better, check server crash logs.

Make sure in your operating system to have the option under Tools, Folder Options, and uncheck hide extensions for known file types.
Then when changing a conf file, do it manually, without using a program such as a text editor.

Teleporters are in the game such as

entry 900994-900998

There are also Teleport "Helpers" for Ulduar made by me as well.
Keep your eyes peeled, tons of goodies in there.
If I ever get time I'll make a list.

Be aware that my teleporters have level requirements, don't try and use the Ulduar helper for example at level 1..It just won't work

One more thing do battlegrounds work? If so how many people does it take to start bg and what is the command to start bg. Wasn't able to find it.

Yes you need to update wow so u can get new maps n such for 3.1.3.

Well since your char dbc is using 3.0.9, the updates to the dbc will be needed from Mangos or Trinity to get you to 3.1.3.
Once you get to the core version of Trin that I use, you can run the converter and all will be fine.

You might try this first though.. for a quick test. ( not an official way to do it.. but I'd make the attempt )

Use navicat, dump your char dbc, make a new trinchar dbc.
Import the blank character dbc that I provide in my repack.
Execute your backup char onto this new dbc, then run the character converter located in my latest repack w/ Navi ( continue on errors option).

Though the second option is faster and may work, the best option is the first. Take time with your char dbc, updating it manually, and always be sure to make that backup
