Set your Rings vendor `entry` to 80013
Then execute this query

UPDATE `vendors` SET `entry` = 80013 WHERE (`entry` = 50013);

That should fix the rings vendor.
[EDIT] Don't forget to set your proto to 80013 aswell!

my fix for this was changing their flags, in the database, they should be 4225 as they are now, i changed em to 4224 and they all work ;D

for the spell casting vendors, i changed the entry id, in creature_names, creature_proto, and vendors table..
and they stopped casting,

so ye, these are the easiest fixes in my opinion

Sorry to say this, but most of the vendors are bugged, Raid I and Dungeon I an II don't even open up, Raid VII Doesn't have all the gear aswell?

the casting npc is a script that is using the npc remove the script or change the id
