this was made by me. Run the 'characters_resettalents' in your character database.

people like me, which is why i requested him to make it, i had previously made my server have 2 talent points per level and i have over 3,000 chars... had to find some way of fixing it :O

dont make shity talents then you don't need to reset them :S thats a script :S

Anyway you could get this to work with ArcEmu? It works flawless with Aspire, Hearthstone and Ascent.
