[Releas] Keazain`s T2/T7 Start Gear!

I want to release another nice detail for your server, im thinking of server-owners who not have custom-startgear.

This release is T2 for WOW/TBC Characters and T7 for DK Characters.

How to: Backup your world db [playercreateinfo_items] TABLE and delete after that, now run my start_gear.sql to your world db
All characters is tested and working perfect!
