    Fix that Arcemu Silence Bug!

    I was lurking aroun din my old files and found this, and it still works!, Tested by stormgaming on mmowned. =]

    This gets rid of that "You can not do that while silenced" bug

    Can be found at: Revision 11: / in misc folder

    Ofc fixing it properly would req core edits etc, but this is an optional way.
