I have a new problem, when i try to put the databases in a sorted line, characters always whant to be first on it .. How shall i do ?

I believe you need to edit the realmlist in your database to reflect the IP address you are running the server from. Typically change it to 127.0.0.1

When my mangos starts it loads very well.. But when it comes to opening/Starting battlegrounds it get to 24 % Then it crashes... BEfore that everything is clear? Have i done something wrong mby ?

I have the same problem too. The Mangos file crashes when i try to load the Battleground file.

I tried various search engines now and I could only find change logs about Navicat 5, but not the actual download itself. But nevertheless, I read that Navicat 5 doesn't support MySQL 5.x and you get errors when you try to connect to your db (Premiumsoft themselves said that the support for MySQL 5.x was added with Navicat 2004 (=version 6.x). For those of you who have Navicat 5 and got the DB to work with it, could you please give the rest of us a link to the setup file if possible?

It doesn't have to be a cracked or free version, I just want to get the db to work without having to wait for 2 days!

Btw, to the person who said they used Navicat 5: Were you using the Windows version or MAC version? Asking cause the current MAC version is 5.something

Hey Moff... Maybe you can shed some light for me...

After doing all of that.. uninstall reinstall, patch 1 by 1 up to 8770 extracting maps then patching to 8788 here is my result.

Oh, btw, since you put everything into one batch file (realmd, mangos, characters), you should perhaps mention that you need to edit the mangosd.conf and realmd.conf in the way that you need to replace the realmd, characters and mangos in the connection lines with the name of the database that you used to import the database batch.

Im my case, I had the standard realmd, characters and mangos and used the mangos to import your db. After it was done, realmd and characters were still empty, everything got put into the mangos database. Changed my conf files as described above, and everything worked.

Same thing is happening to me so far. Can you edit the conf after you import the db into your mysql mangos db? or am I waiting 2 days+ for this to complete (using Navicat) for nothing?

wow using navicat caz MQLyog gets errors .. hmmm almsot 24 hours n not half way lol seems like its neva going to finish till the next one comes out lol

After a long search I did find an old version of Navicat (5.3.12), but as I stated before, it does not work with MySQL 5.x, you get "bad handshake" when you try to connect to your database. So whoever said that they succeeded using Navicat 5, please answer the following questions:

Are you using the Windows or MAC version of Navicat?
What MySQL Version are you using?
