Does this sandbox support the official Wrath of the Lich King expansion now, or is it only for beta?

Wrath of the Lich King Alpha, and Beta, are (most likely) of no use to you now. I suggest you go download ArcEmu if you want a quick setup server, and learn about mySQL and all that fun stuff.
Otherwise, you could always play on one of those 'Free GM WOTLK Servers' that some people rave about.
