No it's not "****ed". Use the database importer in the database folder and it will work. Not a GUI like Navicat. Navicat sucks when importing sql files dumped with MySQL CLI.

check existing of map file ´./maps/004331.map´: not exist!
Correct *.map files not found in path ´./maps´or *.wmap/*wmdir files in ´./wmaps´.Please place *.map/*.vmdir files in appropriate directories or correct the datadir value in the mangosd.conf file

Hi there! great guide and ive done everything correct, but i sign in and choose realm but then i get stuck at the "connected" msg box and cant seem to get passed that point. What is the 2.4.3 fix and how do i use it as the link just opens a new page/tab with a load of code. Thanks in advance for any help given.

I had the server working a few minutes earlier... then I get back on, and it appears as if the characters database had been dumped, so i redo the database, and that's what i get.
