OK guys, here is the run-down of it...
When you click on it the client is redirecting the message to the server saying that you actually clicked to learn the talent, which in turn, raises that talent. So when you use it, you won't see it being used, but its actually stacking your talents. That is why it is so aptly named: Talent Stacking.
And here's a question: did they ever find out how to get past the boundary that Ascent made where you could only have 61 talents stacked?
