Don't think this works on Wowscape anymore. They removed all Red Ribboned Wrapping Paper from all NPC's who sell them. Oh and +rep

It does work on wowscape. Go to undercity and change the macro to buy Blue Ribboned Wrapping Paper.

If anyone is having trouble doing this, this is how I did it.

1. Buy alot of paper from vendor using the macro.

2. Buy The Rock from Silvermoon Jewelcrafting items vendor.

3. Wrap The Rock.

4. Drag your present to the other stacks of paper. The item becomes stacked but still a present. You can do this several times if you wish.

5. Open your present.

6. Sell. Usually makes over 10k. Don't go over 200k gold or else ya get bugged gold. I think this may be a ascent/antrix code written thing, to not have over this limit of gold. Just an assumption.

Note : This macro can be modified to buy anything 249 in 1 stack. I used it for scrolls, sacred candles, mana potions and even drinks. This trick used to work on retail servers until a few months ago when they fixed stacking presents I think. Players really can't keep exploits secret huh...

I can't get it to work. Whenever I press my macro I just get a stack of 10 ribbons not 249. i'm on a 2.3.0 server. Could that be the problem?

if it only wrks on privat servers why should you do it, on youtube it shows that you can just say something like .money 99999999 or something

This would be great on a funserver where they have "gold storage vendors" - imagine duping the "10,000 gold" item. You could easily hit the gold cap.
