[Guide?] Rested XP in starting zones.

It's been a while since I've contributed anything so here is something I noticed. I'm not sure what category this falls under or if it's even a glitch so I apologize if this does not belong here. Whenever I start on a server I usually like to make a few characters so I don't have to worry about my names being taken later on. Anyways, I have been playing on Nost and noticed that all my alts have max rested XP. It is my understanding that rested XP is gained no matter where you are. It may not be much but it's a nice little boost. I would just make sure you log onto the character once though. So right now i'm playing my main and all my alts have gained their max rested XP just sitting in the starting area at level 1. I hope this helps someone (especially since vanilla wow can be slow and annoying for the first few levels). You can use this script to see how much rested XP you truly have. I realized I put this in the wrong sub-forum haha.
