This normally works until you hit a certain limitation some servers put in, like for example, you can vote on 10 pages every 12 hours, giving you 20 points a day, but in total you can actually gain 30 points every 24 hours.

Anyhow, if you happen to use a mobile internet dongle to connect to the internet, whenever you disconnect, and then reconnect, it gives you a new IP (or so it seems) because you can vote again if you refesh the page.
