Greetings, I have been around for a very long time, and yet I haven't contributed in anything, so this is the first thing I'll share.
I know this will be mostly useless for most people, but it can be still useful for fun purposes, I suppose.
As we all know, or as most of us do, when a BG finishes, you'll get remounted on the mount you had before you joined BG (Which is to prevent people from falling to their deads if they entered a battle while flying over9000 yards above the ground). Anyway, you seem to keep any buff you attained in said BG after it ended; even mount buffs (Lets say you were mounted on your mechano-hog when the BG ended. When you come out from it, you'll have your flying mount buff AND your mechano-hog buff as well).
The thing is, Queue for any BG, mount on a flying mount before entering the battle and then, when the BG is about to end, mount on whatever ground mount you like and stay on it until it ends. When you come out of it, you'll have both buffs, 100% from ground mount and 280%/310% from the flying mount, but it won't affect much, since if you dismount from one, you won't have any other benefit than a useless buff that doesn't alter your speed at all. So, instead of just using a spell or dismounting, relog. When you log back in, you'll see yourself on your ground mount, BUT will be able to fly at high speeds as well.
All you have to do now is to use a spell, that will dismount you, but you'll still have your flying mount buff and will be able to fly and use spells. :3
tl;dr. Hop on your flying mount before a BG, when the BG is about to end, mount on your any ground mount, after it has ended, relog and finally use a spell to dismount. Right after that, you'll be able to fly at high speeds and attack as well.
Sorry for the excessive length for such an miscellaneous exploit, but I am obsessive-compulsive and can't stop explaining until I feel it is clear enough. It just doesn't feel right.
Also, sorry for my English, which is not too perfect at all, but I can assure you I did my best to make this as comprehensible as I could.
Thanks for your attention. And pretty please, try to refrain from flamming, as I am not asking from rep nor recognition, I only seek to share what little I have. Althought, constructive criticism is much appreciated as long as it is polite and well-built.![]()
