I searched the forum and didn't find this way into Old Ironforge on 3.3.3 This can be easily achieved. Follow the guide below, I take no credit for this. Just a share!

Text Guide

Right, this is a new way to get into Old Ironforge without using the duel glitch. For those who don't know what that technique is it involves using a mage spell called polymorph to glitch through a wall. I will not go further into this technique as this one is more well known and it would simply be a re re re re post Infact, probably more than that.

Anyway, here is how you perform this little glitch:
1. You must be a gnome, mage is recommended but not required.
2. Go to the bank in Ironforge.
3. There is a vault at the back, you will see lots of nobbles and handles on this.
4. To climb it simply jump from handle to handle like shown in the video.
5. Once your at the top, left hand side when your looking at it.
6. Now is the tricky bit, you need to get stuck on that little ramp bit between the ceiling and the curve.
7. Once stuck look towards the wall and use auto-unstuck.
(Auto-unstuck is found under the little red ? at the bottom)
8. If you are a mage use blink!
9. Finally, you will find yourself on the ceiling, jump of the side, (not back into the bank) and you will land in old ironforge with a small portion of your hp left!

Or you can just WEH through the left door at the entrance of the High Seat. Use the No-Clip action. (You have to assign it a hotkey, I recommend the + key on the numpad, or the \ just above enter.
