The thing is the bytes where the item id were supossed to be in the itemcache , if you switch them to decimal, do not represent the item id. For example, if you have an item with id 6789, which in Big Endian hex is 1A 85, and switching to Little Endian becomes 85 1A. The thing is the hex bytes on the positions are NOT 85 1A, they are something completely different that does not represent the item. That's my main question. After much searching I could not find the hexadecimal correspondence to the item ID that is mentioned in wowhead, not anywhere around the bytes of the item, anyway. Even after I did a full file search for those bytes I got 0 returns. Any idea why?


And regarding leeching, I don't post mumbo jumbo just to increase my post count. If I am to write something, I am to write something productive. Just to clear that out for all of those "look at me I have 100+ posts so I'm one mega experienced programmer and editor".

To convert a Item ID to HEX go here then you have to switch around the first two digits and the second two, so if it is 73 A9 you switch to A9 73.

I'm afraid you are not getting my point. Conversion to hexadecimal is not exactly my problem. I can do that using the windows calculator or even by hand if it comes to it. The problem is the bytes are not on the location they should be( a byte is a set of 2 letters, in case you don't understand. 73 is one byte, A9 is another byte, etc. )

Sellors doesn't matter at all, it's just items the sellor are selling that are important. WoWBeez just got a Client side Protection.

I'm not a pro about but I do know that almost all servers have a client side protection. It occurs that Eternion/Undamed/Mond had one*, but it seems that when they upgraded to 3.3.3 they like broke this security. Karja on his thread discovered that by simply testing it.


*: I'm positive about that, 2-3 months ago, I remember that I tryed to Change Value of an Item and it didn't work, I mean it was only visual it didn't have any effect on the server side.

Regarding my comment, I'm not saying 'Anyone under 100 posts is a leecher'
I classify a leecher as one who is usually asking instructions, even though they are in front of him/her, the ones I am speaking of, usually don't thank the user for the post-even though they downloaded it.. or saying "+rep" without giving any. Or simply, just download the file, and leave the thread. No 'Thanks'.

Even though this is his first post, he technically is not a leecher. As he asks politely, asks for the poster not to do everything him/herself, and gives thanks in return of information.

Stealth Detection - Spell - World of Warcraft

I would advise you all edit that into your cache. ;D It doesn't show up as a buff, so no one can tell if you're using it. It's a miracle worker against stealth whores.

Comet's Trail - Thottbot: World of Warcraft > 726 Haste. Kinda noticeable.
Focus - Thottbot: World of Warcraft > 320 Seems more legit.
Energized - Thottbot: World of Warcraft > 200

I added this spell to my cache gun2head33 and indeed it's usefull especialy when you wanna be a "soft" cheater ^^.
I added haste spell too I Hypnotoad I and it's nice, according to me it would be better if the buff was permanent but still it's nice ^^

To come back about which servers are "cache editable" the question everybody should ask themselves is what kind of server support (Mangos ? Trinity ? Arcemu ?) have MondWOW, Eternion and Undamed.
Like that we could easily find severs where cache edit is working.
Again I'm not a pro about feel free to say what you think.

Ok figured it out, I have enGB, not enUS, so didn't work..
I just tried it on eternion, I had enGB, the file is for enUS, so I'll try to edit my own for enGB and post it here, but later, cuz I have exams now..

I'm from eternion/idk what staff? Your opinion, but hell no.
