No, after DC or Relogg (After doing the exploit) it will fade, you have to do it over again.

Might work there too. Remember the server i'm on is a funserver, max lvl is 250 and it might have something to do with the server core.

If i equip +4 resistance on gear that i don`t usually wear is this bug will steel work

Yes it is, just make sure all the gear you're wearing is fully socketed

If you can fully socket your gear, it just increases faster. i mean, the stacking.

I`m with gear that i PVP with best sockets.I make other gear that i won`t PVP with it and i equip it with +4 resitance and i do the bug.IS this bug working if after i stack 4 resistance gear i put my pvp gear and own with it ?

You can stack with the +4 resist gems, and after you've stacked a good amount, you can change your gear, yes
