Alright, Im quite new to the forums but im sure i can help you with atleast something, this is a really easy exploit. I dont know if anyone Really posted it but It's fun at the servers that doesnt have Their Client protection on or whatever it's called.

This is how you do it.

So for an example, : if you have Ring Of Saviors (Item ID: 1447 ).
And you feel like uhm, i want a murloc costume. Startup Cheat Engine Target Wow.exe And put 1447 in Value . Now. click First scan. After a while (5secs) a list will appear at the left side of the program window. mark all of em except the green ones, easy to do with Shift clicking.press the red arrow at the bottom right at the adress-value field. Now you see alot of adresses in that box. click on the one at the top, and then scroll down to the one that is at the bottom and shift click, Then right click, Freeze all adresses. and after that change the value to 33079 (Murloc costume). The thing you want to do next is to unfreeze them all and go into the game. Right click Ring of saviors and bam, you will turn into a murloc.

Another thing you can do For an example, If you want Thunderfury change Ring of saviors Id to 19018 -Dormant Wind Kissed Blade that starts the quest for Thunderfury, just turn i in and you got TF^^.
