Your server havent fixed Death Pact - Spell - World of Warcraft? If it still kills all friendly NPCs around you, than try this.

1. Get Scepter of Command - Item - World of Warcraft . Obtain it through Questing or just ask for a GM to give the quest(blah blah not working quest, need it for instance, skills or smth). With the scepter youre able to mind controle all npc`s
2. Use Death Pact, get back in-to instance and loot the boss/mob/..
