Wolpertiger Net

Use the item Wolpertinger Net on players and it disables them from using any spell other then mount, hearth, and divine shield. It does not go away without a GM assistance, even stays on after a re-log, suicide, bubble.

Confirmed work on TC last rev.
Also works if you use it on NPC(boss). After using it npc will not attack and cast no spells

EDIT: For those who have working ISF with putting bag in the bank, you can put the net in the bag, but then do not delete it. After relog th Wolpertinger Net will be sended to you via mail. Doing this you can get more than 1 net
