[Bug] Steal Someones Mount

Hello this is bug Ive found and I thought Ill share, even though its pretty useless.

The quest in question is Anatoly Will Talk located in Grizzy Hills...

What you can do is basically wait until some uses a Tranquilizer Dart (quest item) on Tatjana (Located at 62,42)

When a player does this to the mob, it will turn from hostile to friendly and allow you to mount it. So once they’ve used the tranquilizer quickly mount the friendly horse and run off with their horse they need for the quest heh

I think 1 in 1000 people will do this quest on a Emu. Not retail.
