Boxing? (multiple Accounts?)

Is there a program or what? Like i have seen tons of people who are playing like 4 people at once and i wanna know how to do it =P

Depends on your setup, do you have multiple pcs to play 1 char on each pc? Are you going to multibox on one PC? I had to do a lot of searching to figure it out... I multiboxed hunters on live. If enough people would be interested I will put a guide together.

Well, i was pondering using this to make like 2 or 3 mages on my one pc and No global cooldown Ice lance pwn ppl on private servers =P

You'll want to use autohotkey with a custom WoW script:

This will broadcast keys you press to all clients, you can use macros, custom hotkeys to help facilitate 3 boxing. Be sure to set up a macro that will follow your main toon, and assist of course.

Why can't you just open the game more times like everyone else do, and set the Windows mode from interface for easier switching between the games. Depend on your PC configuration you can have up to 5-7 games at the same time (I only can have 3 games and sometime 4 but will cause my PC to work really slow). However usually peoples have only 2 games at the time, because raids are made for more players, not for just one player with multiple accounts
