[Help] iteam name swich

i tryed to search for it cuz i thought i saw it previously posted but i cant find it... how do u swich the colors and names of an iteam that u link to some one?

Example:

/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME: AddMessage('Shift-Click to place in chat, Ctrl-Click to view on character: \124cffFF8000\124Hitem:30314:0:0:0:0:0:0:0\124h[Phaseshift Bulwark]\124h\124r');

Rename the part where it says "Phaseshift Bulwark" to whatever you want and hit enter then it'll appear on screen and you can simply Shift Click it.
