Help Please With These Few Things.

I have a problem on my private server where guns and bows ... lets say weapons that shoot dont seem to be working (cause damage ) . Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

As far as 3) the update DB i do a new NCDB everytime i see a new 1 come out in svn and still have the problem have had it for over 2 weeks now .... new DB dont work
