We all know that rule #1 states:
1] No info, work in progress, or compiled release threads are allowed.

But i realise now that no matter what i try to outlaw, there is another "type" of info thread that pops up. Now its those darn recruitments and [starting] this and that. Nonetheless, i have thought this over an i will let you guys decide, since this IS the emu DISCUSSION board.

Yes. I agree. I don't get much of my things done.
Recruiting threads should be deleted and reported.
Compile thread posters should be authorized by you m8 then i think they should be able to

Ammend it, I agree with War about the asking you for the compile threads.

And I assume that compile threads are a list of all the things the person has done for emulation, so it would help a lot of newbies if someone who has contributed tons of threads has their info in one convenient spot.

yeah i think that compiles of "self" work can be done because i made a link to my website that has a ton of good lua guides and lua scripts on it some of wich i did not wanna post on mmwoned and fill up you message boad with random stuff only usful for a few ppl so i made it into a website site looks good and all and in it it my MAIN lua guid that even you said was one of the best on here so idk i think the things like "stephs cornor and project shadowcast" should be allowed but only of your own stuff if you say no to it can you please fill me in on where to post on mmowned because the site itself is very usful

How does one submit a compile thread to you?

Show some decent work or GTFO. You don't get any followers or members if you don't show anything. WIP threads should be allowed if there is enough evidence to prove that it is past the planning phase.

i HOPE that was not to me because i got too many guides to count and i also made a ton of boss scripts as well im working on a pvp script so yeah.......
