NEED HELP plz read

Ok i made my launcher easy in c++ but now i got problem with web template design i got host i got everything so i am looking someone with experience in photoshop and basic HTML to make me something like this:http://launcher.worldofwarcraft.com

Its not so much time and i would be thankfull to guy if he could do i would give images thumbnails everythigng u just have to play in photoshop and make it availible to html , if need i can give example how my template turned to be and i can give my index.html if u dont know the setup conifg.
