how to recruit?

So i have my server and it can hold around 800 or 1000 player with no lag and great server from the only 15 player online but we need more and want to have a big community and we arnt getting more people so heres my question!

How to get around 100 players on your server? WITHOUT SPAMMING OTHERS!!!!!!!!!

any help is great and all legit ways that dont involve spamage of over server or vent or forums

First of all, great question! I love when someone want to recruit on an honest way! As Alexz said, Youtube is a great way! A great Video showing the server always work! Then, Trying to recruit some friends always work great, especially when you have friends with alot of contacts. Then MMOwneds Server Section also gives a few players!
I love you and the way you act for owning a small Server! Even Mafiaboy is trying unhonest ways for players! But, keep the good work up, just give me your website and I'll come and see! Maybe I can help you get some members. Have some friends who is looking for a new server
