How do i get rid of the 'you cannot speak that language' thing

I have used illidans guide on how to make any class any race (link)
but i cant talk or use gm commands i type .cheat fly and it says you cannot speak that language ive already tryed teaching my char all the language skills and spell but to no avail can anyone help

This is a major ascent bug. Just delete the cache folder thats all i can help u with

Just use a portal that makes you have to load so you scan HS, unstuck or use a portal
