I know that using programs like auto it it's possible to create something like blizzards auto downloader. Now, I know a lot of you would be wondering why. Well, the reason that blizz gets so little interactive bugs, is because of the way they do their data. If there is someone out there that could script a program, to scan an ftp database, and make the dl'er conenct, and autodownload 'patches' that the server owner made, wouldn't that create a much easier environment for sutom data makers.
Just a suggestion, and idea. If it's possile, I'd love to see it done. That would be a truly epic release, and I'd give all my rep to it.

Why not share? you guys are like the big servers who keep their things for themself.... you are evil users! nice idea, I like it very much. I have started learning a little bit of programming, so mayby in some years I can make something thats fix stuff like that

I have a 2 quick questions:


Ok my friend owns a server that I am admin on, and I have accessed his Database. I can edit things and add items and such, but If I try to restart the server everything closes on his PC and he has to manually start it back up. Is there
a way to load it up in-game (I have tried .reload database and it does not work. He is using the AC-Web Repack).

The other question is how to add an item to the database. I have tried downloading the batch file and tried to execute it using navicat. It does not work for some reason so can you please help?

dont ask in this thread! lilvic12 its just spam. Will mayby look on the possibility to create something like this when I learned programming fully.
