    [Release] GM Handbook

    Before you all start shouting "repost" It is not. I have taken the excel spreadsheet posted by Illidan_000 and Kero21 and I have put all of the ID's into text files, so that people without excel can use it effectively. Its in a .zip file, but make sure you read the readme file. It just tells you that some may look a bit messy, but use control - F and it will be very easy.
