    Dissconecting while creating a character!

    How come I get dissconected everytime I try to create a character with ascent 2.8 stable version, Norweigan elite 4.0...

    Second question, what repack is the best for getting as close to a blizzlike server when it comes to instances (mobs inside with spells etc) and talents/skills of the player?

    Most likely your ascent-logon isn't compatiable with your current logon database (one that holds like characters, accounts, and etc).

    2.8 is really old upgrade to 3.9
