Here is the stuff I can do. You must be able to give reputation to request somthing.

Types of Work I will do:
1.)NPCs (8 Per Reputation Point)
2.)Portals (LUA or Normal; 12/16 Per Reputation)
3.)WarpNPC (18 Teleports Per Reputation; 24 If Given Coords.)
4.)Item Set (I will find displays if you give a theme, or you give me them; requires at least 2 rep power).
5.)Quests (3 Quests Per Reputation Point)
6.)Custom Graveyards W/ Graveyards GOs (4 Per Reputation Point)
7.)Custom Starting Stats/Area Stuff (Reputation To Be Decided)
