D/C when .Additem

Alright iv'e got a problem when I try to add certain items I get D/C or if i'm using Atlas and click it one i haven't seen it will d/c me.I didn't have this problem before untill I started a new private server.How can I fix this?

atlas loot has a warning inside that tells something like this:
"clicking on a non seen item could crash wow"

so dont use that... if your server crashes when typing .additem entryid
then you probably are missing insert queues tables or something...

I know what atlas does and that it does that in retail WoW but i've had a private server before this and no matter which one i clicked in never D/C me.And I figured it was something to do with the database items but not really sure what to do about it.I tried like 2 different databases and still the problem persists.Is there anyway to download the database off Thottbot or Allakazham?Or how would i get the most up to date Database?
