Here are my questions:
What does Duplicate entry '21493' for key 'PRIMARY' mean?
Home come after I import the SQL from SCP I go ingame and spawn the item. But I get this instead: You Receive item [0] The item name was Ashbringer Sword of Horde But I get [0] instead. Here how the items look in the DB

Well duplicate entry means that you already have something with that ID in the database.

And if you are trying to add that ask bringer type .add 39544
You are not typing the right entry by the looks of it.

OK duplicate entry for primary means that your value already is used by something else.. try to change it.. you are getting item "0" have you tried to delete cache???? if so... then try to redo your item with another entry value

Well if it says id already in use well it clear means that that spaen id i s being used by another item and iagree wit hspratna if u keep getting 0 then delet ur cache if thats not working redo it with another id
