Need some serious help

This is pissing me off. Everytime i make a char on my server it auto-bans my char and delete it..It says the file "ascent.banned_names" doesnt exist.. Any solutions on this? Looked for it all over the net but no luck.

Argh ****. I had to restart my pc and suddently mysql starts ****ing up. Now i cant connect to localhost. So i tried reinstalling mysql but i cant. it stops executing at "Start Service" becouse it "Cannot create windows service for MySQL. Error 0".. That happened once before but it got fixed when i opened the 3306 port. So i decided to try closing and then reopening that port. Didnt work either.. Could you give the neb some help please?^^
actually had my whole server running expect for the character thing.. it just fuuked up when i restarted my pc.;/

for mysql uninstall correctly you need to delete your mysql folder also.. sometimes its needed to delete the registry home/run type regedit and then localhost find mysql there and remove the registry and try installing it again...
