lvl 60 item and lvl 20 item = tier 7
lvl 70 item + lvl 20 item = tier 8
lvl 70 item + lvl 30 item = tier 9

Well I am sure Knaurs are not overpowered if I remember.
They are in this forum somewhere and I would reccommend them for not being overpowered.

It seems, make the stats of tier 6 one point higher for the pages, mages even, they will start critting like 10-20k more. Its some wierd bug in Ascent, I don't really know how to explain it. Balanced gear = no difference, if the stats are any higher than tier 6, for the mages, they will start buggin out and doing uber dps.
