[Poll/Discussion] Database Spotlight

I thought of this idea a few days ago, and i wanted to see your input on it. This is what i was thinking of:

Either every week, or monthly, we could put a "spotlight" on a database team or project. Either one that is seeking more help and members, or if a database is flourishing. Anyway, once a team is chosen, we can sticky a thread. If this actually works, this will be the ONLY type of Info thread allowed.

Specs to think of:
Making an info thread is still illegal, so dont make one now
If its a monthly thing, we could supply some sort of free-hosted site, if the team doesn't have one.

Teams need to get members, and having to wait a month just for some help doesn't seem very good.
