All arenas like Gurubashi, ring of blood, etc dont flag you as pvp unless you go pvp? how do i fix this? using Norweigan or w/e

use the latest 2.3 DBC Maps on your server.

Well, that is what triggers them - proper map files. Try getting some new ones.
