Convert items

ok so heres the deal i need to convert my
items from the old patch to the new one
and i dont wanna remake it all n e ideas
how to do this because it is vital in my side
quest things!

over 50 items and i dont wanna remake
because of stats and spells

LOL im in french class right now but ill help ya
this is what i do when i change patches

sql dump items table delete all no edited items (ones you have made or messed with)
then change name, name2, name3, name4
to
name1, name2, name3, name4
or vice versa that pretty much it unless you change from mangos to ascent or from acsent to mangos then you need different display ids
