how do i morph in ascent?

is the same as .morph

so use it the same way

if u are lazy type .mod dis 20023 (its kael'thas Lord of the blood elfs id)

Replace the id with any id u know ! if u want to find more about the ids

use .lookupc or .lookupcreature illidan (example) copy the id and Voila! u are done
