    [HELP] Problem with talents / spells

    i have a problem with the spells and talents, every time i log out with talents and spells learned they all disappear when i log on again, anyone know the problem? =(

    EDIT: forgot to mention i tried search and stuff, im not the best searcher so couldnt find anything =(

    EDIT2: seems i cant get over 61 talent points, if i do all reset each time i log out and i have to repick all talents.
